Subscription

• Cancel or change your plan: in the App go to Account Settings → Manage subscription, or open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Tasteit.
• Refunds: purchases are made through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Deleting your Tasteit account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store settings first.

Delete your account

1. Open Tasteit and go to your profile.
2. Tap Edit profile → Delete account and confirm.

Your account is hidden right away and permanently deleted after 30 days. To change your mind, just log in before then and tap Restore account. If you can't access the App, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you.

Download your data

In the App go to Account Settings → Privacy → Download your data. You'll get a download link that works for 24 hours.

Report content or a user

• Tap the ••• menu on a post, comment, profile, chat or group and choose Report.
• Intimate image of you shared without consent: report it with the reason "Nude or intimate image of me", or email info@gettasteit.com. It is removed within 48 hours.
• Copyright: send a DMCA notice as described in our Terms of Use.
